Personalising and Customising

An important feature of our work at Hazle Ceramics is painting to a customer's specification. In a world which is focused on the mass-market, it gives us pleasure to be able to create ceramics of personal significance to an individual group.

As well as the models on this page, which are now only available as personalosed buildings, all our houses can be personalised or customised. Please contact us if you have any questions or requests.

A change or addition to the wording on the ceramic only - Ł12
Changes that go beyond a change of words and require alterations to the paintings of the window detail and colouring of the ceramic, or perhaps the application of a specific logo - Ł27. click for more details

	Accountant This classic Bath Georgian building c.1828 is another example of how great building styles get used by different professions. Their stylish designs and high ceiling lend themselves to being very suitable as offices. For this design with brown woodwork we have featured the work of the Accountant beavering away at his desk and probably only one step advanced from using a quill and ink-well. An excellent ceramic for personalising.
	Attorney-at-Law It was only in about 1884 that the word Attorney was dropped from the English description for a Lawyer or Solicitor, but as we know is still used in many other countries. This aqua building with white pillars typical of the early 1800's is here featured as an Attorney with roll-top desk, quill pen and wig being displayed in the window. An excellent ceramic for personalising.
	The Baby Shop (Blue) The building is based on an old Bakery shop in Canterbury and is the same building we use for our current Butcher shop. It is available painted chiefly in blue and makes an ideal welcoming gift for a new baby (and Congratulations! gift for new parents/grand parents) especially if personalised. Baby's name, weight, date of birth can be included permanently on the shop front. An excellent ceramic for personalising.

	The Bridal Shop The excitement of the wedding begins here as the dresses for the bride and bridesmaids are selected. A simple but elegant bow-fronted shop in a quiet square in Bath, near the Cathedral, just down from Sally Lunn's House. The building is now home to Rose Marie, an elegant Ladies Couturiers. We use it as the Bridal Shop on pale lemon and pinks. An excellent ceramic for personalising.
	Doctor Based on the three-storey (plus attic room) terraced building in Portsmouth used as the B + B, this is also a typical building that has been occupied over the years by the Family Doctor. It features the World Health Organisation symbol in the oval over the door. An excellent ceramic for personalising.
	Dentist Based on the terraced building in Portsmouth used as the B + B, this is also a typical building that is used by Dentists for their Surgeries. In the USA it would be referred to as the Dentist's Office. It features a 'molar tooth' in the oval over the door. An excellent ceramic for personalising.
