A building, based on D Norton & Son in Uppingham Market. Painted in 2003 by Carol Whaley. We have  the proprietor as Percy Thrower, famed BBC TV Gardener from 1956 to 1976. Like all good Gardening/Hardware shops it has an array of items to buy outside the shop front, even above the door.
